1.Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Impresora Rosas, you agree to comply with these terms of service in full.

2.Service Description

Impresora Rosas offers printing services tailored to our clients’ needs. We strive to provide high-quality, accurate service on every order.

3.Order Process

To place an order, you must complete our online order form or contact our customer service team. It is your responsibility to provide correct and complete information for your order, including design files and shipping details. You confirm the order and artwork when you pay or make a deposit, and it is locked exclusively to the description in the quote. Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change dimensions, material or quantities, or to make any modifications or cancellations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, specifications, and production files prior to manufacturing.

4.Pricing and Payments

The prices of our services are shown on our website or available by contacting an agent, and may be subject to change without notice. The prices in effect at the time of ordering will apply. Payments must be made in full or with a 50% deposit (depending on the type of work) before we begin processing your order. No order can be processed without a payment or deposit, unless a PPD invoice is agreed. To request this type of arrangement, please contact us.

All quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal and are subject to material availability and production scheduling. Production begins only after final approval and any required payments have been received.

5.Production and Shipping Time

We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, production and shipping times may vary depending on workload and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or transportation issues. Should they occur, the buyer will be notified by email or WhatsApp.

6.Quality and Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products and are committed to correcting any error that may arise due to printing or material defects. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue.

Minor color variations may occur between digital proofs, monitor displays, and final printed products due to differences in printing processes and materials. Warranty claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within the timeframe described in our Refund Policy; our liability is limited to the reprint or replacement of the affected items.

7.Intellectual Property Rights

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the materials you provide us for printing, including copyright and intellectual property. We are not responsible for any infringement of third-party rights caused by the content of your materials.

8.Cancellations and Returns

Order cancellations must be made before we begin processing your order. If you cancel the order before it is processed and an invoice was requested, you must send a letter on company letterhead to ventasmty@impresorarosas.com requesting the refund for the corresponding amount. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. We do not accept product returns unless there is an error on our part. If there is a quality error on the part of Impresora Rosas, a refund may apply provided it is requested no later than 1 day after receiving your product and supported by evidence. Please contact us if you need to cancel or return an order. Returns are not accepted once the material has left our facilities. We are not responsible for material left uncollected for more than 15 days.

9.Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any change takes effect immediately after it is posted on our website. We recommend that you review these terms periodically to stay aware of any changes.

Shipping Policy

By confirming your order with Impresora Rosas, you accept the following terms related to the shipment of your goods.

Shipping address and contacts

Goods will be shipped to the address and contacts provided by the client at the time of ordering. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the address, recipient name, phone number and other contact details are correct and complete before confirming the order.

Confirmation and tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will share the tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can track your package. It will include the tracking number and the details of the corresponding carrier.

Responsibility for incorrect data

Once the goods have shipped, Impresora Rosas is not responsible for errors in the address, contact details or recipient name provided by the client. Any reshipment, return or additional handling resulting from incorrect information will incur extra costs payable by the client.

Likewise, we are not responsible for delays, losses or damage occurring during transit that are attributable to the carrier or designated transporter.

Delivery times

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by material availability, transportation delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. Any unforeseen issue will be communicated to the client by email or WhatsApp.

Receiving the package

We recommend inspecting the condition of the package upon receipt. If any damage is found, it must be reported immediately with photographic evidence to ventasmty@impresorarosas.com or by WhatsApp, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy aims to be fair both to the client and to the production process. Please read carefully.

Due to the custom nature of printed products, approved and completed orders are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Order cancellations must be made before we begin processing your order.
